Elise Lowe is an adoption professional with a passion for working with children from hard places and their families. She has been involved in directing international adoption programs and supporting families that have adopted through the foster care system. Her training includes Trust-Based Relational Intervention, therapeutic parenting, transracial adoption, navigating birth family relationships, and adopting the special needs child. During her career, she has also traveled internationally, visiting orphanages in several countries. Elise has a passion for mobilizing the local church to compassionately and competently support those that have been adopted or await permanency. Elise lives in the Washington, D.C., area.
